Yoga Teacher Training is a truly transformational journey. You’ll be immersed in a supportive environment alongside like-minded individuals from all walks of life—each bringing unique perspectives, beliefs, and experiences, all connected by a shared love of yoga.
Our 200-Hour Teacher Training program, which follows Yoga Alliance standards, is designed to equip you with confidence, skill, and depth. You’ll learn how to step into the role of a teacher—standing in front of a room, guiding students through a thoughtfully crafted sequence of your own creation. Along the way, you’ll receive comprehensive training in anatomy, teaching methodology, yoga philosophy, and the rich history of the practice.

Your training includes 200 total hours, with 180 hours of in-person instruction led by experienced senior teachers who are deeply invested in your growth and success. Throughout the training, guest specialists will join us to offer expanded insights and diverse perspectives across specific modules, enhancing both your learning and teaching approaches.
What If You Need Extra Support?
We understand that life happens—and learning takes time. If you miss a session or need additional repetition, we are here for you. One of our lead teachers will happily spend extra time supporting you, ensuring you feel confident and fully prepared as you move through the program.
Training Resources
Each trainee will receive a detailed syllabus and a comprehensive 200-Hour Teacher Training Manual, allowing you to learn both collaboratively and independently.
The required text, Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar, will be referenced frequently throughout the training and serves as a foundational resource for your study.
Training Schedule
Teacher Training begins February 6, 2026, and concludes with Graduation on May 24, 2026.
We meet two weekends per month
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Exception: Two weekends in May will begin Friday at 5:00 PM
We intentionally structured this program to meet twice monthly, allowing time for integration, study, and reflection—so the training can truly support your everyday life rather than overwhelm it.

The full investment for the 200-Hour Teacher Training is $3,200.
$500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot
50% of the remaining balance due by February 6, 2026
Final balance due by April 15, 2026
Early-bird Discount of $500 if paid before January 15, 2026.
