Resilience Warm Vinyasa is a heated (90 degrees), strength-based vinyasa flow created by @BoiseYogaGirl to reset three specific body systems: hormonal balance, lymphatic circulation, and nervous system regulation. 



Expect steady, repeatable sequences that build lower-body and core strength while using twists, folds, and breath-linked movement to support circulation, detox pathways, and stress resilience.  This class is intentionally challenging yet not chaotic, training the body to adapt to effort without burnout.
