Beginning Yoga Workshop – Level 1
- Increased flexibility;
- Increased strength;
- Cardiovascular and digestive health; and a
- Sense of well being & relaxation.
We conclude each session with a deep & calming relaxation exercise.
Workshop Details: March 11th – April 3rd
Classes held on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
This workshop will consist of 8 sessions and includes Unlimited Yoga at Eagle Yoga House during the 4-week workshop.

About Your Instructor: Susan Dusho
Susan Dusho has been teaching yoga for 8 years and practicing for a decade. She teaches the basic fundamental shapes that a practitioner will focus on in any yoga class.
