Boys Yoga Workshop Series: 13-17
This workshop series is open to all boys between the ages of 13-17 who want to learn the benefits of starting yoga. These benefits include:
- Develop body awareness.
- Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way.
- Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement.
- Build concentration.
- Increase their confidence and positive self-image.
- Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
